It is with a heavy heart that we share some difficult news. Due to the continued rise in running costs, we have made t decision to begin closing down The Shoulder of Mutton. At this stage, we do not yet know our final closing date, but we wanted to be open and honest with you.
As part of this, our Sunday Carvery has now ended with immediate effect, and we have moved to a reduced food menu.
The Shoulder of Mutton has been more than just a pub—it has been a place where friends and families have gathered, memories have been made, and our wonderful community has supported us every step of the way.
