Who We Are
Welcome to The Shoulder of Mutton, Mytholmroyd. At The Shoulder we pride ourselves in providing the best meals using locally sourced suppliers. Along side our extensive food menu we also offer a range of drinks on our bar ranging from, lagers, ciders, wines & soft drinks.
Whether you are visiting us for a hearty meal or just a quick drink we have that all covered for you, whether it be sat by our roaring open fire or in our cozy wood panelled restaurant.
Since 1822, Shoulder of Mutton has welcomed locals and visitors with good food and ale.
Calder Valley Search & Rescue
Our chosen charity
Here at The Shoulder of Mutton we take pride in our emergency services and the huge amount of support they do for us here in the valley. That’s why in 2024 our chosen charity was Calder Valley Search & Rescue, they are a 100% voluntary charity and require solely on donations from the public. With it costing the charity upto £35,000 a year to remain operational we wanted to do our part to show our support. To help keep the team operational we host our monthly charity quiz/rock & roll bingo nights. In the year of 2024 we managed to raise a staggering £1100 to help the charity out.
